  • Representatives of non-profit and government organizations can receive access at no cost thanks to support provided by our generous funders.  For-profit organizations will be asked to make a financial contribution to the operation of the PNCIS in order to access the detailed property information in the system.
  • As required by the data sharing agreement between the PNCIS and the City of Pittsburgh, the City must also approve the PNCIS application in order for the user to receive access to City-provided information.
